We decided to take a 3 generation girls trip for my daughters 24th Bday. Rafael found out that the Grandmother was joining us on vacation and made our stay absolutely wonderful by upgrading us to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean front suite! We could not have been more happy with our stay. Everything we needed was right there and we had no need to go anywhere. Thank you Rafael and Ocean Manor Beach Hotel for a wonderful visit full of memories that we will cherish a lifetime. We will certainly be back.

The tiki bar and Italian restaurant were great! The location was also tough to beat!

The staff and customer service was very bad. There was always at least a 20 minute wait to get a pool towel- as the people working there were often not there. The beach chair and umbrella rental staff was extremely rude. They ran out of umbrellas.

Location best. Win Dixie CVS close by. Beach and Greek Islands restaurant close by. Lauderdale by the Sea walking distance.

The rooms are old and outdated, no microwave the toilet needs upgrading. The bed and the headboard kept flapping against the wall. No phones in the room I was charged a resort fee in addition to having to pay $15 per day valet parking only.

Every staff member from the front desk to the beach waitress, to all the bartenders and servers, were so friendly! Housekeeping quickly attended to an issue in our room and we were so delighted with the cleanliness of the room. comfy beds!
Negatives:
While the hotel seems a little older, our room felt updated inside-the balcony chairs seemed a little old, with dirty cushions, but if that was the only issue, we will take it! Thin walls- bring white noise apps for your phone! Outlets were not plentiful
