Rooms were comfortable and the pool was very good. They also provided a shuttle to cruise terminal which was well organised considering how many people required this service

Breakfast was very busy, and food selection was ok. Many people staying at hotel as it is close to cruise terminal Staff not particularly helpful or friendly but nothing so bad that I wouldn’t stay here again

check in was a little rough, wanted to charge me more for the room. The shuttle buses were in need of repair. The air conditioning did not work in one bus and on another the main door had to be tied shut or it would open during the ride.
