Entrance and the front desk staff. Hotel employee was very nice and met our needs. We had an issue with the air conditioner and they responded to us immediately. There was another male front desk staff very helpful. They made our stay wonderful.

You could only use elevators, and most of the time they weren’t operating fully so it took forever to get back and forth from the lobby to your room. There was also an evacuation of the hotel during our stay during the night, during which one of the elevators was out of service so it was very chaotic
