I didn’t like that the toilet would stop up constantly and no one would fix the toilet when I called and asked for assistance I was told someone would come fix the toilet after waiting 2 hours and I called the front desk again I spoke with someone name Alex who told me sorry there’s no one here to fix the toilet they just left. I was told to I can pack up my things and children at 12am and go to another room or I can bring you a plunger so I can plug the toilet. So after waiting an additional hour someone finally came with a plunger. For the amount of money you pay to stay at a decent hotel I am in disbelief that you have your customer fixing toilets. I will never stay here again nor will I recommend anyone to stay here. I am still waiting for a manger to contact me.

Entrance and the front desk staff. Hotel employee was very nice and met our needs. We had an issue with the air conditioner and they responded to us immediately. There was another male front desk staff very helpful. They made our stay wonderful.
