Also hidden costs had to take valet parking at 32 dollars a night and there was a 25 dollar facility charge put on the bill to be used in the hotel granted but was obligatory

To be honest I only like the location because it was close to my sister's wedding venue

My sister was getting married and we booked the hotel because it was close to the venue and after seeing all the pictures we were excited to stay at the Delmar but once we checked in it was unfortunate that we found the Delmar was not where we we should have stayed. As soon as we pulled up we had to unload our lungage and ask for help to our room. As soon as we walked into the room we could see that it was poorly cleaned. When we went to take a shower we found the shower head was filthy and full of gunk. Also, when we put our beverages in the refrigerator we could tell something was wrong immediately. The refrigerator was overheating and was hot and did not cool down any of our drinks. We also brought some food and the food spoiled due to the broken refrigerator. Then we went to get ice machine and found that the light was broken so i had to hold the door open with 1 foot while i tried to get ice in the bucket. It's unfortunate as we are excited to stay at the Delmar but we were sadly disappointed and wish we would have picked a different Hotel

I would never stay here...
Positives:
Pool was great. The view from room.
Negatives:
Room was dirty bedding was stained
Never cleand our room.. no refill of coffee or water.
Refigerator was not working blowing hot air. Bathroom Door fell off track.
When arrive valet was not helpful had to ask for help with luggage they saw we were traveling with kids.
Light was out in ice room on 20th floor had to hold door open and fill ice. Not good.
When i checked in clerk was dressed down and wasnt very helpful.
My daughter got married and we had 10 guest staying at Del Mar was embarresed of the conditions of hotel.
