Positives: The room was spacious with a large balcony. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable.

Negatives: The lift system is a pain. You get one lift to the reception floor on No. 4 then you transfer to another lift to go up to your floor. The lifts are slow at time. But what really got me was all the extra costs parking very expensive. Then you pay resort fees. So the price you pay is not what you really pay and that really really annoys me. I blame myself for not reading the small print. I wouldnt have stayed here had I known. Also when the toilet was flushed if someone was in the shower the noise it made with the pipes clanking what a racket the water stopped in the shower and the whole unit was shaking! Some real plumbing issues.
