Positives:
The room was clean and xomfortable
Negatives:
There was an incessantly barking dog. Called the front desk to complain and was told "I can't control an animal, ma'am". If it were human I am sure the hotel would not tolerate that kind of noise. There should be policies regarding noise that apply to both humans and animals.
Laundry facilities were inoperable and unavailable. This is part of why I chose this hotel.
Stepped in a huge hole in the parking lot and hurt my back.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The hotel had just reopened and it looks beautiful.
Negatives:
The only issue we had was there were ants in our first room. I put a muffin next to the tv and 20 minutes later it was covered in ants. The staff put us in a new room immediately and we had no issues whatsoever in the new room.
