It was maintained super clean. My boyfriend was very impressed by the breakfast with a.lot to offer. And how clean and organized it was. The woman running it was super friendly and she kept it so clean and fully stocked.
Negatives:
One thing, the walls are too thin, the people next to us were fighting through the night and morning, she was loud and vulgar. I didn't call the desk because I first didn't know which room and wasn't sure there were staff through the night. Only negative with our stay.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ft Myers Beach-Sanibel Gateway by IHG! The hotel is centrally located, making it perfect for quick trips to Sanibel Island, Captiva, and Fort Myers Beach. The rooms are clean, and spacious, providing a very comfortable stay.
Breakfast had a nice variety of options to start the day, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. There's also plenty of parking, which made things even easier. Overall, a fantastic place to stay—highly recommended!
