Positives:
I loved the location...I liked the set up of the shampoo, body wash and hand wash but the body lotion was missing...I liked the size of the room and just the right amount of furniture. I liked that it was tile floor and not carpet.
Negatives:
I didn't like the condition of the window shade and the humidifier...the mattress was too hard...
There could have been some protein for breakfast, who eats that much carbs anymore.
The staff looked unhappy, they didn't smile at all.

The room was adequate as far as cleanliness. It was old and outdated, but there were no bugs and the sheets were clean. Bed was comfortable for the ten minutes I was able to lay down in it.
Negatives:
There is no staff. There is a portal with a man in India to check you in. Our neighboring room was smoking Marijuana and standing outside our door talking on his phone in Spanish while his friends were hanging out outside, banging on the wall at 11:30PM. When I dialed 0 on the phone to get the front desk to ask for security as my daughter and I did not feel safe in the room, I was told by the call center guy said he had to check in another guest and he hung up on me. No one cared, no one did anything. My daughter and I packed up our stuff and left and i had to drive home at 11:30 at night. I will NEVER use this place again. If you are looking to crash after a night of drinking at the bar next door, then by all means, this would be your spot. If you have family and need a night of sleep, DO NOT go here.
