Yes last night after my hotel was already paid I was charged an additional $171. And was given an handicap room. After spoken to representative about the issue it was determined that I was correct. But the hotel didn't correct it

The room towels were small and the bathroom needed updating. Bathtub caulking was coming off and old. Walls had stains on them. In the second room, no bar soap and small towels.

The first day was very disgusting blood on the wall stains, and everything else I do have pictures to confirm, was forced on paying more money when promised the free upgrade the next day not happy at all will not stay there again did not have a choice

Room didn't even have a clock. Walls looked banged in to and dirty. When I called to ask why I couldn't connect to internet, could not understand lady on phone because of heavy accent. Breakfast was subpar.

I've never stayed at a hotel that advertised an airport location that did not provide shuttle service to the airport. The check in was virtual with people working the front desk which was strange.

First and foremost the website said it had an airport shuttle. Once we arrived. We were told they had ended their shuttle several weeks ago so we had to incur an additional charge for an Uber to the airport. They put a $150 hold for incidentals.

No one at the front desk. Managed by a kiosk/you stepped in front of it/to check in. A live person appeared. Felt unsafe. The towels/bedding old tattered, lamps had stains ,corner bathroom questionable. Windows/ curtains stained. No shuttle as described.
