The smell of the room. There is a very strong bad smell like cat pis urinate bad smell
Had bad experience with Martine front desk very militant and hard to deal unprofessional
Hotel employee made it a very unpleasant stay

UPON CHECKING IN THE HOTEL WASNT OFFERING BREAKFAST AS WELL WHEN WE REACHED THE ROOM THE BED SPREAD WAS RIPPED UP, THERE WERE HOLES IN THE CARPET THROUGHOUT THE ROOM, THE WALL HAD HOLES 1 HOLE HAD AN EMPTY TOILET PAPER ROLL STUFFED IN THE HOLE THE ROOM SM
Chair was scratched and the upholstery was ripped up
I wasnÃ‚'t expecting 5 Ã‚'Ã‚' service or appearance,but I would not even give this place 2 stars.The room smelled poor. We had no toiletries, and when we did call and ask for some there was no one to bring them.The pillows should be thrown out.Not wort
The only thing we didn't like was it didn't feel very safe. Quite a few visits from the police and out of town workers doing drugs.
For a 2 star it met my needs
They are cheap on the coffee would not replace after using what the room has.
Old worn-out furniture and the breakfast what that was promised was not there
The room smelted really bad there were no blankets the rugs were stained and the pillows were filty over all an awful experience and it is located in a scary neighborhood maybe a 1 and 1/2 star I didn't dare let the kids out of the room loud partying
The room was clean and in a great location,shopping and food was very convenient and the price was good.
I paid for in advance a wheelchair assessable room, when I showed up at the hotel my room had been sold and there was no more available. The desk clerk wasn't interested in making it right it was time for her to go home, I settled for a regular room.
I did not stay in the hotel. It had cat poop and the whole place smelled and it was very dirty. I would like my refund. I DID NOT STAY AT THE HOTEL. AFTER SEEING THE ROOM I IMMEDIATELY WENT AND RETURNED THE ROOM CARD.

we loved it all
The hotel could not provide towels or linens the first 3 days. Housekeeping literally skipped my room for any accommodations and I saw the towel cart and grabbed 2 towels and 2 floor mats because they didn't have anything else. Ckdout for lack of accommod
