I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the hotel and the attitude of the staff. I was busy and only managed the complementary breakfast once, but it was completely satisfactory.
Negatives:
My only dissatisfaction occurred outside the hotel. For some reason smoking cigarettes is very common in this part of Florida. I think smoker should be at least 100 yards away from any part of the building, even during a hurricane.

The room was very clean, organized and well lit. I appreciate a dustless environment. The colors were very serene and relaxing. I like that it was updated...more modern. The free wifi and free parking was appreciated. Nice staff. Will be visiting again.

Breakfast should be 6-10 am. Need more towels. When checking OUT, I said good morning to front desk, both ladies ignored me. I repeated myself again and nothing. So I said, "wow, never mind my good morning. Both apologized after.

I like that there was a refrigerator and a microwave in the room.
Negatives:
The room was not clean! There was a dirty rag hanging across the shower curtain pole, hair on the floor between the tub and toilet. I did let the front desk know immediately and they said they would clean it the next morning.

The lady at breakfast was nice and my room service as I was checking out she was nice. She returned all my kid cell phone that was left behind

The breakfast was ok. The front staff had very poor service and rude all the way around. They told me no for everything and couldnt accommodate me on nothing. I was there on bereavement and they made it worse on how they talked to me and treated me. I had to shower in my brother room all because they wouldnt fix my tub. Just very horrible experience
