Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Saturday, May 4th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Saturday, May 4th, 2024 at midnight and Sunday, May 5th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Sunday, May 5th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 5, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Risk-free booking! Cancel before 2024-05-04 and you'll pay nothing! Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night's charge (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy
