My daughter got car sick and couldn’t make it to the bathroom when we first arrived. Unfortunately she threw up near the bathroom in the hallway and there was a house cleaning lady sweeping the flood and looked at me and said I’m not cleaning it up you can and went on with her day. I thought it was unprofessional and she didn’t offer to give me anything so I could clean it up myself. It wasn’t a welcoming experience and the place looked very rundown.

The carpet was dirty. The mattress was like sleeping on a board. I have stayed at your hotel in other cities with very comfortable mattresses. The air conditioner was not working in common place.
