The tv was in and out. Run out of fruit at breakfast, and ask about refill. They said in a minute. Never put any more out while I was there. Seaweed was horrible. It was not your fault, but it was horrible. Wish we would have known before. We wanted to enjoy a beautiful beach.

I liked the breakfast. Tasty. I liked the pool amenities and outside restaurant/sitting area.
Negatives:
I did not like the rooms. The rooms smelled musty and moldy. I had to be moved twice and still had the same issue. There was a moldy smell coming from the ceiling vent. The air conditioner smelled musty. The walls and lamps were dirty and molded. The rooms and bathrooms need an intense deep cleaning. I was so disappointed. I wouldve never expected this from Hilton. I really wanted to like this hotel. Hilton obviously doesnt live up to its reputation from when I was growing up.

Nice rooms, excellent tomato soup! and great you can just walk out onto the beach. Gym is ok, but too few lower weight unfortunately. Staff is nice and the small shop with auto-check out was good and not just fast or crappy food options. Close to a good supermarket and shop and lots of sightseeing all around.
Negatives:
I booked another type of room, part sea view but got a parking lot view instead. It became a booking.com - hotel debate and never got resolved. Very cold in the restaurant area and some days it take a long time to be served food. Asking to pay for parking is silly.

I love that the staff was nice and friendly and because of what I had been through with the other hotel they made sure my stay was convenient for me and my mom. Thank everyone.
