The purpose of my stay was work and pleasure, work first. The internet service is sub par. I had to deal with constant internet (lack of) problems. The television satellite reception was terrible, constantly going to black screen. The lack of strong internet connection led to longer work hours for me, cutting into my pleasure time.

All I can say is Wow!!!! Thank you for an incredible stay! I loved the fact that the hotel had access to the beach!!! The hotel had an amazing pool and a plus it was connected to the other hotel which played movies at night while the kids swam.

Towel and pool bracelet cannot be taken off once applied
Room shower leaked on the floor after every use requiring the use of additional towels every day
Jr King sweet was no worth the price; rolling bathroom door was extremely difficult to close as it wouldn’t remain on track.
No direct Tv in Jr king suite.

Sadly, the property is in need of repairs. A broken restroom (for six days), several broken doors, a broken washer, and the water was shut off one day. Our room was s mildew colony with water weeping from the restroom wall. Money needs to be put into repairing the place before it falls apart!

We only stayed one night after spending most of our trip in Panama City. But it was great and we wanted to stay longer!! We didn’t even end up using the pool or trying the food. But pebble at the front desk was amazing and the views were incredible. We ended up with an ocean view and it was gorgeous.
