Access to the beach was awesome. The room was great for traveling with kids - we had a queen bed and bunk beds in a large room. The pool area was fine, smaller than the pictures made it seem and super highly chlorinated and very busy, the beach for us was a much better option. The we used the restaurant downstairs and did take out to our room, the food was good.
Negatives:
The pool was incredibly busy and the chlorine was so high you could smell it walking around the area. The hotel towels were old and threadbare. The actual location is a long way from anything other than other hotels and you would have needed to drive for anything else.

Glad that we were able to travel with our pet. Rooms are clean but renovation is needed.

Our breakfast was included. We never had such bad experience. Unfriendly staff at the breakfast. Waited an hour finally asked do we have server. Highly recommend getting your own coffee its in the lobby then going for breakfast. All 3 days waited maybe understaffed. On 1st day very rude server.

Love the facilities and perks
Positives:
The hotel is walking distance to the beach. The access between the pool and the beach is perfect when carrying many things and with children. The beach is clean and calm.
Negatives:
For the price paid, the rooms were small. They were outdated, some of the sheets had stains and some of the lights did not work. Stains on the chairs and curtains. The shower was extremely small and the curtin did not close completely. For the price, this hotel needs to be upgraded.

Location was great! We had a room with a balcony and sea view that was amazing! The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Location of the hotel was great. Beachfront was great.
Negatives:
The room was hot, the ac just wasn’t cooling the room as well as it should. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so after a hot shower the bathroom was so hot it was unbearable to stay in there to brush teeth, etc. Had to wait for the bathroom to cool off. The pillows were not comfortable at all. They were small and go flat quick. Beds were hard.

Love the property and the staff.. we stayed there almost once a month for business.. unfortunately your reward program is an unfortunate draw back., will not count all of our stays.. if the same people stay and pay each time it should count.. unfortunately it apparently doesn’t so we will be staying 2 doors down for reward purposes..
