The location on the beach was good. The view was also nice. The property appeared clean.

The staff wasn’t very helpful. The laundry area you have pay for took the money and didn’t get the clothes rung out and then the dryer wouldn’t dry the clothes we ended up hanging our beach towels to let them dry so there was no point in having a laundry facility. They outsource the housekeeping so if you need something after 11pm like a child spills something on a blanket and you need a new one you won’t get it. You have to drive a ways to get food, shop or anything other than the beach or the their pools. There is no continental breakfast included in your price so that is extra once you arrive and the food they did have wasn’t good and over priced and very limited.

Overall the staff was very good and helpful with almost everything. Beds were comfortable and food at the restaurant was better than most places we ate at during the trip.
Negatives:
Just simply saw signs of wear and tear in some areas of the hotel. Hotel had an unnecessary parking fee associated with the stay. Toilet in the room was constantly having its flapper stay up. Cause of it was not addressed other than being told to push it down. This meant removing the tank lid once or twice daily. Not what I want on a vacation. There's one wash off station on the property for anyone returning from the beach. A second one would've been helpful. Hotel gave wristbands for the pool that were not easy snap on/snap off.
