At check in the woman behind the counter was very short and unfriendly. I was given a room next to multiple barking dogs. When I asked for a different room I was placed directly across from the laundry room. The walls were very thin so I heard the door opening and closing and people talking loudly.

Nice Hotel, has been upgraded very recently, no complaints with hotel or staff, THIS is a beach area with ALOT of tourists and somewhat sketchy individuals, is not the hotels fault but someone with no teeth and somewhat mentally challenged asked me while riding his bike where the Adventist church was, he was very polite but this is indicative of this area. Also it is across the street from a multi-million dollar yacht brokerage . . . not kidding YMMV!!!!!!!!!

Centrally located, my 88 yr old dad loved to waffles for breakfast, the staff gave us a 1st floor room for the disabled, which was perfect. For example, the grab bars in the bathroom were VERY important for dad. The lady of provided breakfast made a dinner time recommendation to us and went the extra mile when I needed her help with a small box to carry some of our things.

The internet access was frustrating. It was on again off again. This made is difficult to stream shows or do some business on my laptop.
