Rooms way too small!!!! Elevators having issues waited long pauses before doors would even open! No microwaves in the room! Workers very rude ! Also receipt says I check out at 2:03pm????? Nope I did not it was 9 am! Also ask when I get my deposit back????? No answer from the worker ! Trust me be a big mistake if that refund ain’t back on my card by tomorrow! I just read on one these post said y’all don’t give deposits back??? Try me cause you can bet i will be making a phone call if it’s not given back my room was cleaner when I left than when I arrived ! Unreal pay a ton for a room and I had to clean it before I could stay in it

The rooms were nice and spacious. In addition, the facilities were clean and the employees were kind and helpful. We also really enjoyed the pool table. We had a lot of fun as a family playing pool with each other.
Negatives:
The breakfast was really carb heavy. Although I an not necessarily a keto person, I do like to have some legitimate meat at breakfast time.

For new hotel it felt a little run down. No none at the check in desk. I never spoke to any employees the two days I was there.

The room was clean and the staff was mostly friendly. I went to get a shower the morning of the second day, before going to my father’s funeral, and felt the shower water before getting in. It was lukewarm but I figured it would continue to warm up. Instead it just kept getting colder, no hot water. Head full of shampoo and ice water to rinse off in. I reported it on the way out that day, the clerk just made a note, didn’t say anything. When I returned that night the hot water worked. No explanation.
The hotel is new but the room is strangely designed. No dresser, no drawers, and no closet. There is a rack with hangers over the table and refrigerator. It will hold a shirt but nothing longer. There are some hooks in the wall. If you are by yourself and don’t plan to have anyone come to your room it is workable, but all of your clothes are out in plain sight. I would not recommend for a couple or family.
