I like the ALOFT flag and have stayed in several of the properties. The hotel was exactly as I expected. The staff was less than what I would expect. It took 20 minutes to check in, even though there were 2 employees checking people in and we were the only room checking in. As we were walking on our floor to our room, one of the cleaning staff had their music blasting music with lyrics that would make NF blush, obviously without headphones...

beds wasn’t all that low...

No restaurant. Some breakfast. Bar was very expensive. 8 or 9 dollars for a draft beer. Some food, Mac & Cheese, Wings. Maybe pizza. First room had a noisy A/C, moved to another room, stayed 2, TWO nights. Gone most of 2nd day. Upon arrival back to my room NO ONE HAD BEN THERE. Bed not made, no clean anything, no clean sheets, towels, etc.
