This was definitely not what I was expecting from a 2.5 star hotel. The room was in bad shape, part of my bathroom door frame was completely missing.The toilet took about 2 minutes to flush. The outside was dirty.

Since La Quinta re-branded to Days INN this place is a mess. Poor outside maintenance, room: broken desk chair, broken ice bucket, broken light switch. Breakfast??? no waffles, no cereal, no bagels. Really not much of anything. Don't stop here!

Breakfast was pretty much nothing. No coffee. No juice. They had a couple muffins and some yogurt. They really shouldnt advertise a breakfast.

The staff was very nice. The room was relatively clean, the location was good

The hotel was a little creepy. The exterior was really run down. The lobby and the walls were very rundown. I wouldnt stay there again, but if youre looking for a clean inexpensive room for an evening, it might work for you

The hotel needs some renovation. What ever the spray the rooms down with smells. I am down with days in in Florida. They used to be really good, now not so much.

Old Building Breakfast was Joke Will not stay Again

Dirty, bad smell, terrible breakfast, bad attention

This was a great value for the price! The breakfast included waffles, to my daughter's delight :-). We would stay here again.
Negatives:
The building is older and the bathroom was noticeably worn, though everything worked fine. (Other reviews mentioned roaches, but we saw none.) I was surprised that the breakfast didn't have juice.

Air conditioner unit was far too noisy for the room. There were things broken such as bath tub assist handles, sink stopper levers, hard to close bath room door etc that were not repaired and you could see other spotty maintenance areas.
