Negatives: Shower didn’t drain, wasn’t the cleanest

Negatives: The tub looked dirty

Negatives: I had to clean the shower. It was not clean and had hair in it.

Negatives: Breakfast was undercooked

Negatives: Nothing it was perfect

Negatives: The carpet at our room was not so clean, it did not smell so clean. The bathroom and beds were clean 100%.

Negatives: They only had decaf coffee in the room, (when I asked they didn’t have any regular coffee, some kind of issue with their supplier…would have been understandable if it was the only issue). There was hair in the shower, the other things like shampoo, etc were not refilled either. The breakfast had literal rotten fruit and the bananas were so brown and mushy that the peels were literally busting at the seams (see pics). Breakfast was lackluster overall but that nasty fruit should not have been put out and showed the lack of care that the staff has overall. When I checked in, I told the receptionist I had prepaid at booking.com and she needed a card on file anyway, I asked to confirm I would not be charged and even showed my receipt, but yet I was still charged by the hotel. Called to have it fixed and there was no manager there, they were supposed to call me back later. I called back the next day and the manager assured me that yes their system did show it was prepaid and he processed the refund. Problem was, one refund was pending and an additional room charge was now on my credit card. So instead of one night, there were 3 charges, and one pending refund. I had to call back again and all in all, it took about 2 weeks and multiple calls to get the extra charges removed.
