Positives: the location was perfect and the place was reasonably clean.

Negatives: the room number was missing. the door didn’t shut properly. the toilet handle was not connected to the tank. the ironing board wouldn’t stand up. the room smelled musty. we were promised all things would be fixed the next morning but nothing was repaired even after a 3 night stay. the room was not cleaned during our stay, nor were we offered clean towels. no extra toilet paper was in the bathroom. we had to find housekeeping to get what we needed.

Positives: There was no breakfast during our stay.

Negatives: None of the stuff worked (ice machine, etc). The location was not great, the ice bucket in room had public hair in it. The hotel and room were dirty/dingy. Disgusting. The linens were stained and gross.
