Positives:
I stay in hotels a lot, and this was one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever seen. My room smelled like other people, there was hair on my floor, and the hallway to the room was disgusting! I will never stay at that hotel again!!

Cleanliness is critical! This hotel is not clean!!

The hotel floors were very dirty. The floor I was on was very busy and noisy throughout the night. Doors opening and closing, loud walking in the hall. Will not even mention the breakfast. It was non existent.

The staff are lovely, professional and accommodating. Everything was to my satisfaction.

I expected cookware, dining utensils etc as there is a full kitchen. I didn't need to cook as my stay was short but I'm not sure how one would use the kitchen without cookware.

No soap at all. Trash still there from previous occupancy. Tv had 2 big lines on the middle.

Breakfast was pretty basic. Breakfast area only had two seats and two standup islands. Wish it had coffee available beyond breakfast time.

The fact that during our stay when we went to go ask for toilet paper I got told by the front desk that management said they couldnt give out toilet paper because of their shipment but when I walked past their supply door that was open I seen a bunch of toilet paper.

The closeness to my destination, the cleanness of the room.
Negatives:
Plenty. I am so use to at least having a coffee pot and coffee maker. Plus the towels and room was done by the occupants. We had to take the towels downstairs to be replaced. There should be at a minimum, towels and coffee standard for the room.

Im not sure what it is about this brand of hotel, but they need to figure out the water pressure in their bathrooms! The water always is a touch above a trickle.
