The hotel is clean and welĺ upkeep.!

The shuttle did not show up. We had to Uber to the hotel. Construction was taking place nearby. The location is a distance from the airport. An additional $11.29usd was charged beside from the room rate and the $50 down-payment. They don't accept cash yes I amnild school.

I didn’t like the fact that front desk clerk tried to take advantage of us being out of state to give us any room that he had available and not the room we booked and paid for room was disgusting, broken porcelain muck in bacteria, growing around the tub just awful

The maintenance man coming go check door issue. But that is about it!!
Negatives:
1.The fact that phones are not responded accurately ( 8 times calls were made before a decent answer was given)
2. The fact that we had to wait 2 hours at airport for the shuttle to pick us up.
3. The fact that dining does not seem to be an option as no one was present in the restaurant.
4. The fact that breakfast is not served at six.
5. Bathroom and bathtub were dirty with mold and hair.
6. Lamps at bedside were not working, electrical outlets were not working.
7. Shower curtain could have been replaced with new one, shower rack had loose screws( safety hazard)
