Location is good. Roof top pool is nice.

Pulled out the couch, and the sheets and mattress had a big dried blood stain. Unit was in horrible shape. Missing/broken shades, no washer/dryer, broken bathroom door handle. I booked a 2 bed 2 bath and the unit we got was a 2 bed 1 bath.

No extra pillows at the hotel. Took many hours and a whole day to get new towels. Its my 3rd time staying at this hotel and it was not a good experience on top of getting a smaller room than I had booked. The hotel did nothing to fix it.

I wish the room would have the things listed instead of having to call about them. I didn't pack a blow dryer or iron since the room was supposed to have one. We got the iron but they said they didn't have a blow dyer. That was an inconvenience! Later in the week I called again about the blow dyer and they found one. The pool closed at 8, it would be nice if it stayed open to al least 10. Utensils like a spatula would be nice to add to the room.

Amazing hotel/resort
Positives:
Everything but the valet parking service was excellent. Clean, spacious suite and bathroom. Really good coffee shop. Steps to the beach/Broadwalk.
Negatives:
Valet service was frustrating, we waited 40 minutes for them to take our car upon arrival with a $40 fee for one night and no option for self parking

Location was great, sea view was lovely (weather was bad so could not get to beach broadwalk), bed was very comfortable and apartment pretty clean. It could be wonderful, but I think they get a lot of parties and damage as lots of maintenance was required. Valet parking was convenient but expensive and chaotic. Overall, it was overpriced for the quality.

Maintenance required. We had a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. The king en-suite bath had a toilet that flushed sometimes and a shower door that was not aligned so it hit the glass screen meaning extreme care was required. The queen room's curtains did not close fully as off the hook at the top. The kitchen cupboards for the washer did not close as it was too deep. The electrical sockets seemed large as the plugs fell out (hairdryer etc.). I would also expect a hairdryer in each bathroom at this price (perhaps those attached to the wall)?
