Cancellation Policy

If you do not check in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and do not alert the hotel in advance, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation and you may be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to the arrival date will be charged for the entire stay. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. It's not possible to stay at this property for coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing beds, within the maximum room occupancy restrictions. Please note the credit card used for booking must match the name on the reservation and be presented for payment at check-in. The cardholder must be present at check-in with his or her government-issued photo ID. All guests must show a photo ID. Please note that prepaid credit cards and gift cards are not accepted as a method of payment. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), no daily housekeeping services. This is a 100% nonsmoking property. The penalty of $250 applies for smoking on-site and will be charged to the guest's card on file. Pets are welcome. The weight limit is 25 lbs and an additional $250 pet incidentals deposit (per pet) is required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded upon successful room inspection. Pets must be accompanied and leashed at all times.
