Location was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved all the outdoor sitting areas. Staff always very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Had to clean our own dishes (which is not a concern), but had to use the small bathroom sink to wash them with nowhere to lay or dry wet dishes. Had a toaster and coffee machine in the room but nowhere to conveniently plug them in to use them.

No parking , park in the street at four dollars an hour , 24 hours a day 7 days a week ,we found a private parking at 40 dollars a day.below average

The room smelled so bad of mildew we never stayed there. Don't know how a hotel could pass state inspection with the smell and the fact there was no toilet tissue holder, very unsanitary. Having worked in the lodging industry for over 30 years and having to past many inspections, I know this is unacceptable.
