The front desk staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my sister and I during our stay. The shuttle drivers stopped at a grocery store for us so we could get a few things we forgot.
Negatives:
Would have given a higher score but the rooms are not just tired, they look worn. Room was clean as it could be.

People make the difference during any hotel stay. Everyone was nice and exceptional people. Two who stood out are Rene and Frank. They delivered the personal kind of service I enjoyed. I'll be back for another relaxing week.

Paid for a room with 2 double beds and was given a room with one queen for 3 people. Talked to a woman named Kilter at the front desk who said Booking.com over booked and they had no rooms with double beds. I asked for a roll away bed or a second room so we could sleep 3 people and was told no. She said to call booking.com and request a refund, which I did but when booking.com called the hotel to confirm no one at the front desk would answer. Booking.com failed to try again so I paid for 2double beds but only received 1 queen and had to sleep on the floor that night. Will never use Booking.com again or another property by Windham.

Very nice hotel. Great location. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Room was spacious.

Breakfast couldve been better. Sausage was inedible. Eggs were watery. Waffles stuck to the waffle maker. Not many choices. Rooms could use USB outlets.

The hotel is in a good location to walk to restaurants

The hotel needs better management of the grounds. The pool was full of leaves, a guest took the skimmer and cleaned it themselves. There are not enough chairs around the pool, maybe 6. The courtyard has one table with three chairs. And it has been like that for over a year. This was our 4th stay there in a 17 months. The courtyard could be utilized much better. A few tables and chairs would make it a great location for breakfast outside and a place for guests to sit in the evening. I have mentioned these comments in previous reviews so this was definitely our last stay there

The facilities were unusually clean for a pet friendly hotel. We really appreciated that! The staff were friendly.

Breakfast was very basic and bland. Hotels typically have coffee available in the lobby throughout the day and evening. We were disappointed to have it only available in our room.

Used a shuttle bus to...
Positives:
The staff was unbelievable!! Loved the pond. Loved all the ducks. Loved the location.. there is a free shuttle for the airport. To be picked up and brought back. They also shuttle you around a few miles. We used them to get to the movies. Out to dinner ect.

Not sure what the sausage was?? Scrambled eggs were good. They had fresh oranges.
Over all I would not hesitate to stay there again.
The staff just makes this place great

It could do with an upgrade. Elevator slow, not all my lights worked. Didn't like the french doors in the bathroom. The tile in the pool was falling off.
I would have liked Kleenex in our room.
Just shampoo and a bar of soap. I was hoping for conditioner.
