It was near to hard rock stadium, where we were intending to go becaise of Miami Open of Tennis.

Renovated rooms, brand new mattresses, pillows, towels, sheets and more. nice breakfast, also renovated dining area, its small but you also can eat outside, near the pool or take to your room.

Is totally different as the pictures. It smells musty and there was mold in the bathroom. The breakfast was very bad. breakfast was not enough. There was only egg, sausage and vegetables and it wasn't enough. I couldn't eat the eggs because there weren't any when I got to breakfast at 8 am the first day and the next I couldn't eat waffles because the mixture had run out. No variety for food or coffee. As for the room, it leaves a lot to say, the well was covered, the television was not working and the staff was not trained.

Positives:
The mattress was nice. The staff came quickly when you called. Water temperature stayed hot. The location was good. Near food, Walmart and other chain stores. The property provided parking. There was no line to check in or check.
Negatives:
Did not like that I had yo ask for wash cloth. Asked for the room to get clean and they didn’t. I had to ask for clean towels and for the trash to be emptied. While we were there the room above me started leaking in the bathroom near the toilet. I didn’t like the communication barrier. When assigned a room and entered that room there was sauce unopened under the desk from previous guest. I didn’t like that I couldn’t use my own media to watch tv. Or I didn’t have the choice to use my own Netflix account because the remote doesn’t allow it. Only a few buttons in the remote not the one that came with the TV even though it’s a smart TV made by VIZO.

Blackout curtains worked so well it looked like nobody was staying there. Good security with deadbolt and chain. Comfortable beds and pillows. New appliances, refrigerator, microwave. Loved the heat pump with a remote control to regulate ac. spacious

Lobby needs updating. Breakfast stopped serving at 9:30. I was on vacation and did not get up in time.

When I booked this hotel I was told they provide free shuttle from/to the airport. But when I called the shuttle from the airport, they asked for $10/person. They said provide free breakfast, but was charged $5.6 for breakfast and room service.

Love the breakfast in the morning. 6am to 9am Enough time to joy after waking up. Great area and location for highway and to my main event,hard rock casino. Room was great, loved oh my God oh my god what did you get all of this from? Damn oh my God baby how big and spacious the room is.

The housekeeping staff were attentive to helping us with our bags and getting out of rain.

Reservation desk staff was horrible service, over an hour wait, english was poor, gave us over 20 nickels as change, and did not know breakfast times or couldnt speak them in english. Room faced street very noisy. Door security chain broken.

We had asked to be near the airport. We wasted about $40 on cab fare, because hotel was NOT near the airport. Wasted more on the room, because the quality was sub-standard for the price. Traffic noise all night. Property outdated and not well maintained.
