the number of kids running around unsupervised, ran out of shower wash and tissue on our last night and had to be put on a list to get service, instead of shower wash they brought lotion, toilet stopped working our last night

Although it was a busy day for check in, there was only one clerk processing all the guests. The clerk was fast and efficient in getting all the guests checked in and answering any questions that were asked. Due to the volume of guests checking in, there really should have been a second clerk, however the single clerk did an amazing job!
Negatives:
We were not able to log into the wi-fi, and we were connected to the "help desk" but was disconnected. I also replied to the text message that was sent to us communicating that we could use that form of communication if we had any issues. Unfortunately, we did not get a response until the next day but that was when we checked out.
Also, the elevator was really slow, and one was completely out of use.

The Jacksonville property needs to be renovated now. I love the one in Brunswick GA. Of which I will be continuing my business in Brunswick. I will not be returning back to the Jacksonville location.
