Negatives: My room had no way of Cooking anything for 3 plus days. Very disgusting broke pull out couch had to purchase air mattress more food because I couldn’t cook the food I brought. Absolutely no care from staff for over 400 dollars spent on any problem I had. Bad service can’t get towels or washcloths til after 9 am or before 9pm even though u only get 2 of each but having a 1yr old an 7 mth old that is rediculous. I will never book with them again. My sister and dad lives there so we visit often an for long stays but you guys just lost SEVERAL customers

Negatives: When walking on the floors there were many spots that were soft in the hallway and the room. The room had a smell to it. I had to get some spray to get rid of the smell. The pillows are very cheap compared to most hotels I have stayed in. The bathtub looked disgusting. We didn’t even shower while we were there.

Positives: Never got checked in because the system was down and I was told there was nothing they could do for me and try rebooking at another hotel.

Negatives: Check in was at 3 our room wasn't ready until 4. The posters say full equipped kitchen but no microwave, no pots or pans, no spoons, no cups. We had to go downstairs and get what stuff they did have. I asked if there was a microwave we could use to pop some popcorn and was told no. This place has gone to crap.
