There was broken draws in the kitchen, cockroaches, soap scum & male hair in the shower. No pots or pans not that I would dare to cook there. Only one key card worked , it smelled horrible, the bathroom smelled like smoke, the table was falling apart. You had to get on the interstate to make a u turn.

The worst experience in all my reservations. This is not a hotel, it is a hotel that is used to house all kinds of people. There were people living there with dogs and the hallways smell terrible. The mattresses are yellow from use. The bathroom was missing tiles. It was supposed to include breakfast and there was only black coffee and a bag cake. I would not return to the extended stay hotel chain and I would not recommend it to anyone. I need you to return my deposit through you.

There was nothing great about this property whether you’re staying in Jacksonville with her few days or just stopping overnight to catch a few zzz it is not the place.

There was nothing great about this property whether you’re staying in Jacksonville with her few days or just stopping overnight to catch a few zzz it is not the place. Did not feel safe. Seemed more like a homeless shelter. Lots of people roaming the halls. We were a family of 5 just stopped to catch some sleep before heading on road again but definitely not the place . Rooms were gross smelt like smoke from people smoking and cooking. The sheets on pull out couch had stains that looked like possible blood. Just all the wrongs!!! Pictures make it look nice but very deceiving.

It was very dark outside when we got inside when I pull that the covers they were dirty from where they were never changed. The floors were filthy. The bathtub was filthy, including hair all in it, and the wash rags had hair all in them very nasty.

Electricity, front desk staff was nice, location, no bed bugs, allowed pets.
Negatives:
Furniture old and very beat up. From the stain, it looked like TV cabinet had been in a flood. Had dish towel but no dishrag or drain plug to wash dishes. Both lights on either side of bed did not work, nor did the outlet there. They came to fix them but they still didn’t stay on. Key card at front door for after hours did not work, they had to reactivate our card twice and it still never worked- a safety issue. Bathtub had peeling paint, filled up every time we took a shower, drained super slow, was dirty, shower stall walls dirty. Bed had big “pit” in mattress. Smoke detector was literally hanging off the wall by the wires which I showed the staff who just said “when we’re told to rent the room, we rent it”. You could see where a shelf had been pulled out of the wall buy the bathroom sink.
