The bathroom mirror had dust all over it. The floor was not clean. It had not been mopped. The air conditioner filters were full of dust.

I saw no less than 5 roaches, several of which were in my room. There was trash bags hung on doors in the hallways. And the power went out as well.

They dud not have breakfast almost the entire month and half i stayed. Told us we had to leave when a homeless man we uad in to eat and take a nap. He was there like and hour. She said hes been around after that and hes other responsibility.

They were in my and my spouses personal business, rude amd NEVER cleaned our room or even asked.

I had to leave. When I checked in after I reserved the hotel half a year ago, they gave me a queen bed instead of two beds. I open the door and there is a roach crawling from out behind the tv stand. I asked for a refund and they refused.
