Positives: Staff was nice and it fit my budget. I wasn't spending much time in my room anyway.
Negatives: It smells, floors are dirty, the whole place needs to be renovated badly. Pool was not open and looked like a pond.

Positives: The previous “good survey” left by “me” was in fact not left by me. A staff working at this hotel asked if they can use my phone to write the survey once I receive the email to fill it out and they will in return give me a discount. That was when I first arrived at this hotel for the first time ever a few weeks ago. Now that I’ve had some time to stay here. This is my real review of the place. I feel so bad for allowing that woman to use to phone to write a good survey on my behalf in exchange for a discount. It’s misleading to people who may read it and choose to stay here off of that false pretense and it’s simply WRONG. I ran out of room to type in the “things I didn’t like” section of the survey so I’ll continue on this section. What did I think of the breakfast? To answer that question there was no breakfast. Honestly the least of my concerns. In all honesty, I can’t say there was anything I liked. The pillows/bed are a hard yellow underneath all the sheets they try to mask it with.
Negatives: The place is full of filth. Not just the room, but the entire establishment. The staircase is riddled with trash (the same trash and added trash) for days/weeks at a time. The establishment is unsafe. There are no cameras on any of the floors a leaving no security towards the risk of sex trafficking. Prostitution is something that is a norm in this establishment and the staff even appear to be aware of this and do/say nothing. One could even argue they support it. There are homeless people who live in the staircase at nighttime. There are no staff available at night time. You have to call a 1-800 line that tells someone to come help in the case of needed assistance after hours. It is not guaranteed someone will come as no one answered for the 1-800support team and I was told there was nothing they could do. Luckily I ended up finding my room key in my jacket and it worked, if not I would’ve been locked out of my room all night. Speaking of the room key, it goes “dead” multiple times a day so that it no longer works and you must go to a front desk person to have it reset. The air conditioner in my room was leaking profusely to where twice a day I had to walk 8-9 soaking wet towels down to the lobby to exchange for new ones to put under the ac to prevent a flood in the room. The first two nights I literally woke up to a small pond in my room from the leaking ac. Plus it stinks really bad. Police are called to this establishment to deal with either an incident or an investigation at the very least twice a week. Again that’s at the very least, I’ve seen police cars pull into the lot 4 times in one week (my window looks directly in the front of the building that’s how I was able to see every time.) Furthermore, the staff are seriously highly unprofessional and rude it couldn’t go without mentioning. Re-model, re-staffing, serious deep clean is needed. My experience was horrid.
