Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

My reservation was cancelled due to not having cleaning staff but I was not notified until I arrived to check in. Lucky one of the other Hotels in the area had availability for us to stay there.

Reserved online prior to stay and when we arrived to check-in we were told that the rooms were sold out. We are from Georgia(over 3 hours away), so it was a headache trying to find somewhere else to stay. I don't understand how I could reserve a room and it not be availible at arrival!

Not anything . Waited an hour past check in for clean sheets . Room smelled like pee . Room was in very bad condition even the beds were broke down and worn out .

We showed our service dogs badges at check in. At check out they charge us $20 per night and only gave us $60 of our $100 deposit back. She said there is a$20 charge per night for your dogs so I showed her both of our dogs service dog badges and told her we showed them check in and the lady said there was NO charge. And she still charged us! Not only that when we checked in to our room the room was NASTY we have the pictures and videos on YouTube to prove it…. They switched us to room number #2 still nasty… then switched us to room #3 still nasty by this time we have been at the hotel for 1 hour already checked but we had NO room. We had to take the room # 3 even though it was nasty and wait on the in house house keeping to come clean the room (while we was in the room) SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! She had to take the sheets with her because the had black stains all over them…..
