What they advertise is NOT what you get. The staff was rude. There were NO kitchen utensils. No pots, pans, silverware, plates, coffee maker, cups, or bowls. The sofa was torn. The cabinets were fake. And we had to leave our keys with the maintenance man in order to leave. There is no one in the office after 9 pm and they don’t start until after 9 am. We got no receipt from them but they made sure their money was taken. Would you like to hear more?….

This property is not at all as advertised. The desk clerk told me they are no longer an Extended Stay property, although that is what the sign says. He said they are now a Select Suites property. The whole place feels dirty and not well-maintained. The amenities (such as clean towels every 3 days and room cleaning every week, etc.) we’re not as advertised. I was told there is an extra charge for clean towels and that the room is cleaned only after 14 days.

The front door had a decent size gap at the bottom that could let light in bugs and a constant cool draft. The heater did not work in the room so now with the draft from the door and the constant cool air coming from unit my wife who loves to be warm didn’t enjoy the stay. The toilet seat in the bathroom was so loose my wife went to sit down and almost fell off since it moved so much. The small loveseat in the room had a large cut in the arm and just looked trashy in my eyes.
