I need my money back. I just had no place to go at 1 am but checkout early in the morning. Can’t even reach front dest until 10 am! Awful!

everything was bad for the price $90 no breakfast even though the website said togo breakfast dirty towels $100 smoking fee was charged even though i didn’t smoke i got it back but still shouldn’t have been charged immediately had to change rooms because the lights weren’t working in the bathroom. Key rarely worked to open the door.

There was a big hole someone stabbed in the sofa, patchwork all over the walls and ceiling that showed where previous holes have been, spiderwebs on the ceiling and roaches in the room.
