If you cancel your reservation after May 1, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: When I arrived they didn’t even have a room that I paid for, then got placed in a king room, that wasn’t big enough because I needed the 2 queen beds. The lady called other locations in Jacksonville they were all booked up. I was offered a room with 2 double beds and the room had not been clean, so we had to clean the room and change the bedding ourselves. Geena the front desk staff was so nice and very helpful, she gave me a refund for the inconvenience. Well today I checked my bank statement and noticed the manager did not approve of the refund and charged me for another night of stay. I called and asked to speak with a manager and was told she wouldn’t be back in until Tuesday. Very disappointed with the hotel and the communication.
