Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Saturday, Oct 12th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Saturday, Oct 12th, 2024 at midnight and Wednesday, Oct 16th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, Oct 16th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 16, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 4 day/s prior to arrival will incur the first 1 night/s charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first 1 night/s charge (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout.
