The staff was fantastic. Very helpful and dedicated to insuring our stay was as pleasant as it could be.

Hotel Property from Hell. 1st Room assigned had been smoked in..requested non smoking. 2nd Room reassigned…Toilet wouldn’t flush, room AC barely working. Requested another room. 3rd room assigned. The AC unit in the 3rd room did not work requested another room. 4th room assigned. Finally a room that had a working bathroom, non smoke (but the room smelled musty) and the AC worked. Yes the rooms were not up to maintenance standards..but the front desk folks were great and committed to doing everything in their power to make our stay pleasant. I must stay I have stayed in Hampton Inn properties for 40 years…this one is by far the worst I have ever seen encountered.
