Negatives: The Property was under construction and I didn't know about it when I booked the rooms. The night clerk was disrespectful and about saying that the deposit to cover if you take a television. I booked two rooms and I was told that we had to be on different floors. Never stay here again.

Negatives: Was not told by Booking.com that there was a $75 pet fee. Was lead to believe that the price I paid was inclusive of all costs. Room phone did not work, not enough towels .

Negatives: They did not inform in advance that they were under construction. When I arrived it was literally surrounded by construction trucks. There was some noise due to the construction although it stopped at a decent time. You could not use the main lobby and had to enter through a side door. Still, they did their best to make check in smooth despite a small crowded hallway being used as check in area.

Negatives: The fire alarm went on twice!!….upon checking in around 5pm and next one was at 2:30am…after just starting to sleep deep….and can’t sleep afterwards.

Negatives: We wanted to use pool but it was looking Murkey. Like had not been cleaned. The food was horrible. Also it was hard to get into parking because of construction. We moved to another hotel.

Negatives: Being renovated so facilities and included breakfast were poor

Negatives: It's under construction/ remodeling. But it's understandable. Excited to see the outcome though.

Negatives: There is definitely major construction going on at the hotel, but you wouldn't know that inside the room. It was quiet, no noise from construction or other guests.

Negatives: The facility was under construction which it should’ve been posted on the reservation page so we would know what we were walking into and the mess they had . Also, due to the construction they were drilling until 530pm and then started the next day at 8am, waking us up early in the morning. We had until 11am to check out and we were planning to sleep in but due to the noise it was impossible.

Negatives: EVERYTHING!!! The hotel is under renovations. The entire first floor/lint area is torn up. There are workers everywhere. The parking lot is filled with construction equipment and debris. The pool area is not maintained. Had to get pool towels from a trash bag inside a garbage can. The breakfast area was dusty not very appetizing. It was awful. And the clerk checking us in was not friendly kept saying it’s on their website well when I checked there was a brief sentence if you clicked through the links. She charged us $12 a day to park in an open parking lot that had few spots due to construction. She could have waived that.

Negatives: Was not soap on the bathroom sink. You have to get into the tub every time.you want to wash your hand and take sop from there and with 2 seniors was notna good task. When we arrive, we felt that the receptionist was not having a good day at all. The parking is really expensive for an actual client. If we are going to stay, is a lot to charge 13 dollars per day without tax to park. The breakfast was the same all the time but decendamage. Some fruit were damage on the basket and nobody trash them. The beds were good. But the whole place was dirty because the construction and the side doors were always open. I do not think I will stay there again. Several people at the lobby was talking about the bad service and I agee. But the receptionist was palying like she cannot hear.
