Negatives: The bed spread was stained the blanket had cigarrette burns it smelled of smoke smoke free room no coffee in room carpet was stained they locked me out of my room and no one was in the office to let me in. cheap bars of soap no shampoo don't stay here.

Positives: Nothing to like here! Poor maintenance, poor service and poor customer service! I received some credit for the poor state of the 1st room - due to the bugs!! I guess that was fair.

Negatives: Filthy and poor customer service! Stains on bed sheets, and roaches on the bed, roaches coming out of the phone's handset...ugh! Roaches everywhere!! This was an emergency booking. Never again!
