I did not like anything about this hotel or the room.
Negatives:
The hotel was very dirty, the room smelled like cigarette smoke so bad we had to leave early even though they claim to be 100% smoke free. The carpet was very dirty and moldy, bathroom outdated and dirty, the elevator was out of order and we had to walk down the long hall way multiple times. Our key cards didn't work properly from the very first time. Not to mention the staff was not friendly or professional and acted like we were bothering them from the time we got there.

Carpets were dirty, walls were dirty, peeling wallpaper, water damaged lamp, mold in bathroom, parking lot had trash throughout, Continental breakfast was feeble at best, strong smell of Marijuana, overcharged for room, window sill inside was dirty, holes in curtains, poor water flow in toilet, room smelled of mildew, door hinges were rusty, vending snacks were stale. The list goes on. :(

The facilities were awful. Dirty, linen was dirty, trash on outside of back door was over flowing and all on the ground. Elevator only one worked and it was nasty and dang near on it's last leg. The breakfast had its few choices and the cereal were stale. The carpet has been there since 1925. Toilet was nasty. Just need to be torn down. The customer service was exceptional.

I didn’t like that front desk clerk continuously left the counter for some reason always causing a major delay in checking in and proving assistance with my room.

The property is old and needs updating. The carpet, walls and elevator had stains throughout the hotel. I found a bug in the bathroom the next morning. The property needs a serious update!! There isn’t a refrigerator or microwave in the rooms.
