Negatives: Absolutely nothing, every room there was a problem, the GM Lanisa is rude and does not know anything about being a manager nor have any customer service skills, never did she apolozied for the mess ups in there rooms, I tried to book another night she said I had ppl going in and out my room all night and that I left drugs there, how did I do that when it wasn't even check out instead of trying to get someone fired from there job, why didn't she call JSO if I committed a crime, she was upset because I complained about every room and the only thing they could offer was an exchange or 10% off, I already had the 10% her employees handled the issue way better than she did, .I wouldn't offer my dog a place stay there under her management, I will not stop until I reach the person over her and I will contact booking.com about the poor service, I told her that one of my rooms didn't have a microwave she said all the rooms do have it, when I told her every other rooms had them she tried to hurry and get me off the phone, who ever promoted her, needs to send her to management classes and customer service class, my children knows how to handle then situation better than her, all this is retaliation next time call the law not my employment cause what goes on outside of work has nothing to do with it, and also it shows how you called my job from the work place and also your person cell phone just know i where you are you don't know where I'm at.
