Positives:
The staff was very friendly. The key card machine was messed up so I had to go to the desk to get back in my room
Negatives:
The roaches. I understand it is the time of year they come in. But it really needs to be heavily treated

Positives:
Check in the front desk was super friendly
Negatives:
The first room I was checked into had paint buckets and half of a bed in it. I had asked for downstairs room and they put me upstairs and I couldn't make it up the steps because of a heart condition so they put me in the bedroom and I went and explained that it wasn't usable so they put me in a worse room. There were no blankets there was no microwave, no refrigerator, the floors were filthy there was construction residue everywhere. There were roaches it smelled like bleach, there was no hot water and there was something very slippery in the bathtub or should I say shower and I fell and luckily didn't hurt myself too badly. This was a horrible experience. Oh and the door in the bathroom is coming off the hinges there were no towels it was just absolutely horrible and I want my money back please.
