Tv didnt work the amenities that were supposed to be in the room werent. So the food I had for my little ones went to waste because there was no way to heat the food. Very low quality air conditioners.The rooms are small. Bathroom ugg. Upgrade it all.

The staff not at desk. The staff lie to customers. The rooms lack furniture. The employees do not look happy and like to harass guest to hurry up and leave. Very disorganized plan of action.

Close to cruise site is the only thing that was ok

Got to motel got room key opened the door somebody was already in the room. Was chased out the door by a dog. Strong smell of Marijuana was present. Give this facility a 0 star.I Will stay in my car before going here again

The room wasn't ready once I arrived the door was left open the beds weren't made the trash was still full the floors hadn't been swept nor mop. When I called the font desk to explain how my room was left and I wanted to cancel immediately.

The parking is spacious and the room cleaners work diligently being under staffed.
Negatives:
Too many strangers walking around homelessness. The rooms need new fixtures corners have old dirt particles on floors. Some curtains are rotten. But for the price you is decent but at least have hot coffee for tenants.

Not clean very dirty the front desk person doesn't even smile she needs to find a job that she loves clearly sees that she do not like her job.

The room was very dirty and we didn't feel safe. Gum on floor, paint chipping off, chair was ripped, etc.
