where to start toilet didn't flush, black mold in shower, disgusting floor drain. Now the staff check-in the girl was sitting outside smoking on the phone. She got up with disgusted look checked me in arguing on phone. No ice tv in wrong place

The cleaniness the room had roaches..the shower was a handicap room. Entire floor was wet staff unprofessional never stay there again
