It was dirty, old, smelled, and the air conditioner outside of the room ran all night. I slept n my clothes because it was not clean. The hallway was filthy. My sister also was very disappointed

Positives:
Great location, quiet. Lots of restaurants nearby, some in walking distance. Parking is good and well lit. They enforce their no smoking policy so halls and rooms smell clean. Room had extra towels. All linen seemed clean. Toilet and bathtub seemed clean.
Negatives:
Water pressure in shower was nonexistent, took forever to rinse shampoo from hair. Shower curtain had black stains on it. Room had not been deep cleaned in a long time. Carpet was dirty and had not been vacuumed in a long time…there were plastic tags from clothing all over the floor. Corners had dirt and dust built up. All surfaces were dirty. We had to clean the phone of a greasy looking substance caked with dust, nightstand had dust and sticky spots. Beds were very old with tons of lumps and wells. Pillows were very thin and hard. Cockroach on hallway ceiling! On check in, we were charged a cleaning deposit which is refunded if no damages. We were NOT told about the pre charge for possibly using the room safe! Also refunded, but we were asked repeatedly if we had used it!
